# Madison Center branding kit

Official website: [madisonamerica.org](https://madisonamerica.org).

This kit carries the website's existing torch, Manrope typography, navy palette and editorial spacing into everyday organization materials. The brand guide explains the source values and the proposed standards for print and digital use. Page 9 maps every illustrated graphic to its editable PowerPoint, PNG and SVG filenames.

## Start with these files

- `Madison-Center-Asset-Catalog.html` is the visual download catalog. Open it in a browser to see previews and download editable PowerPoint, PNG, SVG, document and font files. It also works as a standalone file.

- `01-Brand-Guide/Brand-Guide.pdf` explains the identity, palette, typography and material formats.
- `03-Documents/Letterhead.docx` is the editable letter template.
- `03-Documents/Letterhead.pdf` is the matching printable template, including the design and text placeholders.
- `03-Documents/Letterhead-Blank.pdf` is optional blank stationery for printing at actual size.
- `04-Presentations/Presentation-Template.pptx` contains eight editable slide layouts.

## Install the fonts first

Install `Manrope-Regular.ttf` and `Manrope-Medium.ttf` from `07-Fonts`, then reopen Word, PowerPoint or your design editor. The original font license is included. The logo lettering is already outlined, but the editable document, slide and graphic text needs these fonts.

## Edit documents

Make a copy before editing. Replace bracketed fields and generic headings such as “Article title” or “Section heading.” Delete optional fields that do not apply.

The letterhead artwork, office field, contact lines and letter text are part of the document page. Click the placeholders to edit them. The letterhead is a one-page master; adjust spacing if your letter needs more room. Keep the pale torch beside the address area. Export the edited Word copy to PDF. Letterhead.pdf is a printable template with placeholders; it is not a fillable PDF form. Letterhead-Blank.pdf is the optional blank stationery version.

The other Word templates cover a memorandum, a meeting agenda with an action record, a Forum article, and an organization brief. They contain instructions and placeholders rather than claims about current activity or commitments. Export your completed copy as a PDF when sending a fixed layout.

## Edit slides and graphics

For the quotation, event and Forum graphics, download the matching `.pptx` in `05-Digital`. For business cards, use `06-Business-Cards/Business-Card-Template.pptx` (front on slide 1, back on slide 2). Install both Manrope fonts, open the file in PowerPoint, and click any text box to replace its sample copy. Save an editable copy, then export the finished slide as PNG for upload. Text, backgrounds and dividers are editable; the logo is a separate image.

The PowerPoint file contains title, section, main-point, comparison, quotation, program, event and closing layouts. Duplicate the slides you need. The titles and body text are editable; the logo is a placed image.

The SVG files in `05-Digital` and `06-Business-Cards` preserve editable text. Open them in a vector editor, replace the sample copy, and export a new PNG or PDF. Keep headlines short enough for the existing text area. The provided PNGs show the template layouts; they are not the editable text masters.

## Use email signatures

Edit the generic HTML signature or the Luke Zaniewski Founder version in `05-Digital`. Open the HTML file in a browser, copy the rendered signature, and paste it into your mail application's signature editor. Replace the email field there. The website link is already set to madisonamerica.org. Remove unused lines. A plain-text alternative is included.

These signatures use Arial, the website's fallback font, and contain no remote images or tracking.

## Print materials

The letterhead uses US Letter paper. The business-card PDF has two trim-size pages, front and back, at 3.5 by 2 inches. It contains sample fields. Replace the copy in the SVG before producing a final print file. Your printer can apply its required bleed, crop marks and color conversion.

## Logo files

Use the full logo on white. Keep its proportions and two-line name intact. The square avatar is for compact contexts where the organization name appears nearby.

The SVG contains outlined lettering and the original raster torch extracted from the HTML. It is not a fully vector logo. Preserve this original silhouette if a vector production master is prepared for large signage.
